- Banner Detail Code Request Form
To request a new detail code:- Complete the first page of the form.
- Select "Marketplace" for your new detail code.
- Fill out the requested information (product description, GL Account number, description of intended use, and the Banner Index Number) and submit.
- Once the SAO team reviews and approves your request, they will send you a 4-digit code. Please provide that code to merchantsupport
gwu [dot] edu (merchantsupport[at]gwu[dot]edu) as soon as it is received so we can update your TouchNet instance.
