Financial Reporting is pleased to provide a number of helpful tools that can be utilized by financial managers at GW.  

• Chart of Accounts: A handy, interactive guide detailing essential information about the segments of our accounting string

• COA Primer - EAS & Banner: The "CoA Primer" is offered as an overview of the University's two ERP systems:  Banner and EAS Oracle (EAS).

• Key Reports for Financial Management: A guide to the most frequently used accounting reports including budget reports, general ledger account detail, and award-project reports

• Foreign Gifts and Contracts Required Information: A memo describing procedures that are required upon receipt of a foreign gift or contract

• Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT): All GW disbursement forms and information required for EFT can be found on the University Payables website

• Chart of Accounts Maintenance Form: Complete and submit a Chart of Accounts Maintenance Form to the Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis to request changes to the GW Chart of Accounts.

• Contact the University Budget Office to request changes to a department or school budget.
